1. Description of Service

Tent Card Generator is an online design tool that allows users to create, customize, save, and export printable tent cards.

Some features are available free of charge, while downloading PDFs without a sample watermark requires a qualifying purchase.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

Please contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.

3. Purchases and Pricing

We currently offer two purchase options:

• Single Project — $2.99: Unlocks PDF exports for one purchased project.
• Lifetime Access — $14.99: Unlocks paid PDF exports for projects associated with your account for the lifetime of the service.

Both options are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown during checkout.

Lifetime access refers to the period during which Tent Card Generator continues to operate. It does not guarantee that the website will remain available indefinitely.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Your Projects and Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the original text, images, and other content you upload or create.

You grant us permission to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service, including saving projects and generating PDFs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any images, logos, fonts, or other materials you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to access another user's account or projects.
• Interfere with the website's operation or security.
• Attempt to bypass payment or access restrictions.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Tent Card Generator available and functional, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

We recommend keeping copies of important exported PDFs and other content you wish to preserve.

8. Intellectual Property

The Tent Card Generator website, its original software, design, and branding belong to the operator or applicable rights holders.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the website or its underlying software.

9. Account Restrictions

We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms, subject to applicable law.
